Key account manager – IT Contracting

Our client is a multinational IT recruitment consultancy, with offices across the Middle East, Far East, Europe, and in this instance, Luxembourg.

As a result of continued growth, they are looking to add to their team of over 100 consultants, with the addition of a Key Account Manager to to develop our client’s Resource Services business line (placing IT contractors and permanent recruitment to dedicated accounts) across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Whilst the role carries no sales or BD responsibilities, you will:

o Identify IT contractor profiles using the company’s resources and networks;
o Build strong relationship with dedicated accounts;
o Build a personal network of contacts in the market and identify suitable resources when opportunities arise;
o Follow the Recruitment Process from A to Z;
o Understand the needs and expectations of the clients;
o Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle;
o Support the development of relevant marketing initiatives;
o Meet quarterly target guidelines;
o Strive to maintain maximum profit margins;
o Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports on our CRM;

Our ideal candidate:

Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills;
Must be fluent in English, speaking French is an advantage but not necessary;
Ability to work as a team member (excellent inter-personal skills);
Highly motivated and results oriented;
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities;
